Hello, my name is Jon. While in college, I created designs using Figma for fun. I enjoyed it so much, however, that I decided to pursue designing as a career. To supplement my computer science and engineering degree, I took additional courses to learn about the design process as well as how to work within a design team. All the while, I continued to work on projects both in and out of the classroom. My goal with each project was not only to satisfy user needs but also to make the design simple enough that anyone could have an enjoyable experience regardless of their background and how familiar they were with the content. Above all, I learned during this time that my favorite projects are those that help improve people's lives; I hope that my work reflects this desire.

When I am not working, I enjoy learning about health, nutrition, and tech. I also like watching animated movies and playing Stardew Valley. I look forward to working with others who share similar goals of making the world a better place.
